Kristine Sundberg (Owner)

Kris has more than 25 years of communications, investor relations and public affairs experience in a wide vareity of industries, including technology, energy, retail, wholesale, telecommunications, financial services, entertainment and consumer package goods. During her career, Kris has managed and developed both internal and external communications for a diverse group of organizations.

Before establishing The Links Group, Kris served as an officer and senior vice president of communications at Information Resources, Supervalu, Fleming Company, U.S. Satelite Broadcasting and Center Point Energy/Minnegasco. Her responsibilities included the planning and implementing all corporate communications to customers, employees, investors, legislators/regulators, media and the public. She has held many executive positions, serving as vice president and director of public affairs, government relations and corporate and investor communications for several organizations. Kris has also managed her independent consulting business for several years.

Many of her accomplishments have been recognized by several distinguished awards including the LACP Annual Report Awards, Nicholson Award, The Bronze Award from the Food Manufacturer's Institute, the National Recognition award from the Public Affairs Council and American Gas Association, and several Silver and Bronze Anvil awards from the Public Relations Society of America.

Kris receiver her bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University and her master's degree from the University of Illinois Springfield.
